Paella from Innsbruck!

I first made this paella about 2 years ago with a friend of mine and we both were totally blown away! It’s easy to make and it’s a sure can-do!

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 500g Seafood Mix
  • 500g Chicken Filet (Cut into Slices)
  • 100g Green Peas (Frozen)
  • 2 Sweet Pepper (Green and Red, Diced)
  • 6 Tomatoes (Diced)
  • 2 Onions (Chopped)
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Chopped)
  • 300g Round Rice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 6 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 300ml Fish Stock
  • 300ml Water
  • Pepper
  • Saffron
  • 2 Lemons

Fir sear the chicken in a pan with olive oil. Then add the garlic, onions, sweet pepper, tomatoes an everything roast.

Now add the rice and wait 1 minute. Then add the fish stock, water, tomato paste, peas and spices. Let this cook.

After 10 minutes you can add the seafood. Now you’ve to wait until the the rice is done.

Finally your can serve the paella with lemon slices and EAT IT!
