This is the first cake I made by myself! It’s easy to make and always a success!
- 500g Flour
- 350g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Pack Baking Flour
- 1 Pack Vanilla Sugar
- 250g Butter
- 125ml Milk
It’s very simple:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the cake tin.
Beat the eggs, the sugar and the vanilla sugar together. Then ass the flour, the baking flour, the butter and the milk! Now divide the dough into 2 parts. You can put the one half already in the tin. Color the other half with the cocoa and put it on top off the white dough in the tin. To get the marble look: Pierce 5 times with a fork through the dough!
Bake 60 minutes and decorate with sugar powder after!
(Btw: I used cocoa I bought in Madagascar – it’s FANTASTIC!)
