This is a great dessert if you have to bring sth to a party or a barbecue! If you want to make a simple and delicious desert that everybody likes this is IT!
- 500g Mascarpone
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 2 Egg Whites
- 100g Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Amaretto (or more)
- 300g Lady’s Finger
First you have to mix the mascarpone, the egg yolks, the sugar and the Amaretto. Then the egg whites need to be whisked and fold into the mixture.
Now brew yourself some coffee and add again a bit of Amaretto.
To the casserole! We need a layer of Lady’s Finger. Then pour some coffee over them until they are soaked (not drowned). Now will follow a layer of mascarpone-mix. And so on….
Normally there will be 2 layers of everything! Finally powder some cocoa on the Tiramisu.
Put it for at least 3 hours in the fridge! It’s best the day after!
