Nacho-Casserole

This is a very easy, cheap and satisfying student meal! Brought to you by Tom and Max!

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 500g Ground Meat (Mixed)
  • 300g Crème Fraîche
  • 125g Nacho Chips
  • 1 Bottle Chutney or Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 Big Potatoes
  • 300g Peas
  • 300g Kidney Beans
  • 300g Sweet Corn
  • 200g Grated Cheese
  • Salt / Pepper

First you have to peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Cook them until they’re done.

Meanwhile sear the meat, add the onions and season as much as you like.

Take the casserole, cover the bottom with grated cheese (not all of it). The next layer will be the cooked potatoes, followed by the meat, then add the crème fraîche. Put the peas, kidney beans and the sweet corn over the crème fraîche. Now cover everything with chutney or sweet chili sauce. On the top: The Nachos covered in cheese!

Put in the preheated oven (180°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
